What states do you deliver to?

🚛 We deliver to New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Maryland, Delaware, Massachusetts, Connecticut, Rhode Island, Vermont, and New Hampshire.
*If you are in another state please schedule a time to speak with Ed our owner for a bulk delivery or split load. You can get on his calendar at www.nyhay.com/talk-with-ed

Do I have to be present to accept delivery?

Nope! You don't have to be present to accept delivery!  We operate just like UPS or FedX.  We make the delivery and snap a photo and that photo gets sent to your email and text!  If you would like us to leave the hay somewhere particular there is a delivery note section when placing your order! 🤔

Can I make a delivery appointment?

Unfortunately we do not make delivery appointments ⏰ for this service.  When you place your order we tell you the week of delivery, a couple days before that week you will receive your delivery day schedule and a tracking link - just like ups or fedx!

Do you unload or hand stack the hay?

No we do not. We place the pallet (s) of hay at your ground level storage area with our on-board forklift!  We don't hand stack hay or bring hay elevators with us! 💪
Can I return the pallets?
No - we do not accept pallets back. Don't worry though - use the wood to make a backyard project or better yet, put out front by the road and watch them disappear - lots of people love free pallets!
What happens if the haynow.com tractor trailer can't make the delivery because of local road restrictions to your farm?
We can meet you in your local town and forklift your order into or onto your pickup truck, or small trailer?  Alternatively deliver to a neighboring farm or business that can fit our rig!
